She is a regular guest lecturer and private corporate coach at the Institut Superieur du Marketing in Paris and London for companies likes Chanel, for executives who want to increase their English-speaking skills and leverage Anglo-Saxon cultural differences.
Her specialty is working with French engineers, most recently for Gemplus, Alcatel-Lucent and Hewlett-Packard, to help them become more profit-oriented.
She has successfully integrated into her teaching and consulting such cutting-edge methods as the relatively new psychological concept called EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) to improve her clients' communications skills.

Dear Ann Michele,
I think that the most appropriate adjective to describe your speech is "intriguing", as I think that you've really raised interest in your "Le Client est ROI" program. And authoritative as well, because of your background and experience.

On behalf of Marcus Evans I would like to thank you for your input to the Effective Customer Complaints Management 2007 Conference in London.
